Laundry area will have new patio door and the window will be removed. Cabinets will be in window area.

New water heater and flooring and doorway. The window was taken out to add a cabinet in the future

The hot water heater will be replaced and moved over to the other wall. Heating vents will be installed in this room.

Nice clean area can be used as mud room too. The patio door now has entrance lock so you do not have to go to front door.
